The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the policies and rules governing the processing of personal and other data processed by the operator of the website (Turisztikai Egyesület Gödöllő, hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”) and the data provided during the use of turizmusgodollo.hu website. The Data Controller does not transmit the data processed by it to unauthorized persons, ensures a high level of data protection and is used only on the basis of the Privacy Policy. 2. Scope of processed data and data subjects

The visitor receives a unique session ID each time they open the website, with which Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager services collect anonymous information for statistical purposes (e.g. the start and end time of visit; the list of pages visited, the time spent on them). All visitors will be informed on this at the first visit to the website. Unique session IDs are automatically deleted upon leaving page.

By voluntarily completing the picture game, contact forms and subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the processing of your personal data: last name, first name, e-mail address.

By voluntary filling in the group login form, you consent to the processing of your following personal data: name, phone number, e-mail address, billing name, billing address, tax number (hereinafter referred to as “contact person”).

3. Purpose of data processing

4. Data processing period defined by the Privacy Policy

If you do not request the erasure of your personal data processed by us in writing, the period of data processing is indefinite. Otherwise, the time limit for data processing is determined by the time specified in the Privacy Policy. The Data Controller will delete the data provided by you within 14 working days upon your written request. You can intiate your request by sending a message to godollo@tourinform.hu.

When you browse our website, the application collects anonymous information that is transmitted to Google for statistical processing, where it is stored and analysed for a specified period of time and the results are provided to us. By default, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager also store your IP address (which is considered personal data), but we have activated an anonymous feature in the application that makes changes to your IP before transmitting data to Google, this way, your IP address will not be able to be traced back to you.

3. Receiving marketing messages

By subscribing to the newsletter, the data subject agrees to the use of their personal data by the Data Controller for marketing purposes. In this case, pursuant to Section 6 of Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Fundamental Conditions and Certain Restrictions of Economic Advertising Activities (“Grtv.”), the Data Controller may – until the revocation of consent – also process the data subject’s data for the purposes of direct marketing and sending newsletters, and may send the data subject advertising mailings, information and offers and send newsletters. The data subject may revoke his consent free of charge at any time. Cancellation of the subscription (so-called “unsubscribe”) is considered by the Data Controller as a revocation of consent in all cases.

4. Legal basis of the data processing information and the rights of the user

Your personal data will be kept confidential. To ensure the security of the processed data, we have provided our servers and devices with protection against unauthorized access. In addition, the processing of your personal data is limited to the contact persons and the website managers.

On the turizmusgodollo.hu website you can find links to third-party pages. The owner is not responsible for their content, or for their personal data processing.

The website also uses the services of third-party applications (Facebook, Twitter sharing tool). These allow you to share certain contents of our site directly with your acquaintances and friends on social media platforms, which, however, requires your own ID. In this case, our site will redirect you to the Provider’s page through a new browser window, where the actual identification and sharing takes place. This way no personal data will be stored and transmitted on the turizmusgodollo.hu website.

In this case, the operator of the given Service is considered to be the data controller of the personal data, so its own privacy policy will prevail!
